This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the allotment ol Iocal cadre of the petitioner to Medchal-Malkajgiri District, as against the aliotment to Vikarabad, Paragi Mandal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is senior and his case for allotment of local cadre should be considered on the basis of his seniority. He further submits that though he made representation on 22.12.2O21 to the District Collector/ Respondent No.3, no orders have been passed on the said representations.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-I submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the authorities.

Having regard to the rival contentions and material on record, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondent Nos.l and 3 to whom representations have been made by the petitioner, to dispose of the same within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
