Heard learned counsel for the^petitioner and^learned Assistant Govemment Pleader^{for Revenue.}

The petitioner is aggrieved by^{the action oftherespondents} in not restoring his name in the concerned^{revenuerecords in} respect of the land admeasuring^{Ac.1.20 gts in Sy.No.l15/41} situated at Ookal Haveli Village,^{GeesugondaMandal, Warangal} Rural District.

The petitioner claims to have^{purchased the subject property} under registered sale deed bearing^{document No.1306/2011dated} 15.03.2011. He has applied for^{mutationand the same was} sanctioned. Consequently,^{PattadarPass Book and Titledeeds} were issued to him in the^{year 2011. The subject land comprisesof} small house, which was assigned^{H.No.1-4-28, and the remaining} land was partly used for agriculture^{and poultry.On verificationin} Dharani Portal, it^{was foundby the petitioner that in Pattadar} column, name of the^{Pattadar is shown as poultry farm instead of} petitioner's name. Several oral^{requestsfollowed by written} representations were submitted^{by the petitioneron24.04.2021 and}

19.01.2022 to restore his name as Pattadar by deleting the name of poultry farm in the Pattadar column, however there is no response from the respondents.

Learned Assistant Govemment Pleader submitted that directions be issued to the petitioner to submit application through Dharani Portal.

However, leamed counsel for the petitioner submitted that attempts made by the petitioner to upload application through Dharani Portal were not successful.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to. submit application through Dharani Portal. If it is found that the application of the petitioner is not being uploaded through Dharani Portal, necessary assistance shall be provided by the staff of respondent No.2 to the petitioner enabling him to upload the application form. However, for any technical reasons, if the application of the petitioner is not being uploaded, then respondent No.2 - District Collector shall pass orders on the representations dated 24.04.2021 and 19.01 .2022 submitted by the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
