Petition Under Article 226 ol lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or one in the nature of Writ of Rc. Mandamus declaring impugned lVlemorandum vide No.222lRectt.lGenl.'1l2019 daled 0711212021 issued by the 2nd respondent by which the petitioners petitioners Provisional Selection to the post of SCTPC (Civil) in Adilabad Unit in Recruitment-2O18 has been cancelled by stating that the petitioner was not attended Medical Examination asper schedule which indicates that candidate is non-serious or he is not interested but 2nd respondent ignoring the fact that he was affected with Covid-19 on 3110712020 and after the recovery, he suffered from post-Covid symptoms i.e., Chest Pain, Cough and fever and hejoined in CHNC Asifabad from 26109/200..1o 0611012020 and owing to this he has not attended the medical examination on scheduled date i.e., O511012020 is unreasonable, inhumane, unjust, illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice, and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently, direct the 2nd Respondents to set aside the impugned memorandum vide Rc. No.222lRectt./Gen 1. 1/20 19 daled 0711212021 issued by the 2nd respondenl and direct them to consider the petitioners request to conduct a [,4edical examination by announcing a new date and if found medically FlT, consider the candidature of provisional selection for thepost of SCT PC (Civil) in Adilabad Unit in Recruitment Notification - 20 18 and accordingly permit the petitioner to attend the next batch of lnduction Training and topass.
