This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not appointing the petitioner in any post pursuant to G.O.Ms.No.98 dated 15.4.1986, wherein the Government passed orders to provide 50% employment to the unemployed displaced villagers due to submergence of lands and dwellings under Lower Manair Dam, Sriramsagar Project without considering the application of the petitioner dated 18.9.2021 as arbitrary and illegal.

It is represented by the learned Government Pleader for Services that in similar circumstances, an order dated 24.8.2O2 1 was passed by this Court in W.P.No.19864 of 2021, and the present writ petition may also be disposed of on the same lines.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed ol giving liberty to the petitioner to apprcach the concerned authority by submitting representation along with relevant documents in support of his claim. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law and take a de ision thereon as expeditiously as possible. The miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
