Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing counsel appearing on beharf of respondents. with their consent, the present Writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Questioning the action of the respondents in proceeding to shift the existing HT Electrical transmission line going through the road in Balaji Enclave leading to Jillelaguda_ Meerpet to pass on through the existing houses in Sri Venkatasai Enclave, Jillelaguda,.without considering the objections/representations submitted by the petitioner dated 14.02.2022 and the latest dated 04.03.2022,the petitioner has filed the present Writ petition.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already submitted representations to the respondents with regard to the shifting of the existing HT Line, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, this Writ petition is disposed of
