W.P. No. 28836 of 20 18, as their successors. The name of Krishna Brahmam continued to be recorded in the revenue records as pattadar of the land in Sy. No. 31/1 to an extent of Acs.7 -29 guntas from the year 19g9_9O to 1995_96, but subsequently, the name oI Sri p.V. Subba Reddy was recorded as pattadar for the said land. This necessitated the respondent No.S to file a petition on 04.05.2013 before the Tahsildar, Rajendranagar Mandal, seeking succession in favour of daughters of Sri Krishna Brahmam contending that the petitioners i.e., Sri Kedarmal and Ravikumar Agarwal have submitted two forged documents alleged to have been executed by Sri P.V. Subba Reddy in the years 1996 & l99T uid.e document Nos.3806/i996, dated 21.IO.tgg6 and 2O7211997, dated 31.07. 1997, in respect of the subject lands. It was contended that when the power of attorney executed in favour of P.V. Subba Reddy stood cancelled on 24.05.19g9 itself, any transactions entered by the GpA holder after 24.05.1989, on the strength of GPA document No. 39/ 19gB are illegal, non est, void, have no legal sanctity and the sale deeds are not binding on the principai or his successors. By order, d,ated 27.12.2013, in Case No.D/ 1005/2013, the Tahsildar, Rajendranagar Mandal, rejected the request of respondent No. 5 observing that the correction of record sought for is related to the years from 1996_
