Petition under Article 226 of the constitutron of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particurarry one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not releasing the power suppry to the petitioners buirdings at premises bearing H.No.3-6-164/2 and 3-6-164, marked as prot No.3 and prot No.2/A, admeasuring 175 sq yards (i.e.,Part of plot area 147 sq yards and 2g sq yards of common area) out of 359 sq yards, situated at Hyderguda, Hyderabad, as iilegar, nuil, void, arbitrary and consequenfly direct the respondents to rerease the power supply without insisting for occupancy certificate.
