The present writ appeal is arising out of the order dated 25.IO.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.1006 of 2021 .
Learned counsel for the appellants has contended belbre this Court that thc appellants are lessees of the subject vr,'akf land and an order has been passed in W.P.No.1006 of 2O2I at the behest ol N.Rami Reddv, who is respondent No.1 in the present writ appeal/writ petitioner, by which the iearned Singie Judge has dirccted the District Collector and Tahsildar to carn, out the survey in respect of the application submitted by the writ petitioner, N. Rami Reddy.
This Court has carefully gone through the aforesaid order. The aforesaid order reveals that the writ petitioner, N. Rami Reddy, has submitted an application to the respondents in tl-re writ petition for carrying out a survey and as nothing was done in the matter, he preferred the writ petition. The learned Single Judge has allowed the prayer made in the writ petition and at the same time it has been observed that all the neighbouring
