The piesent appcal is filcd against ordcr datcd 04.1,1,2009,
passed by the learned SingleJudge, in W.P.No.17537 of 2009
'Ihe facts of the case rcvcal that the writ petitioner, who is
respondent in the prescnt appeal, camc up bcfore this Court by
filing the aforesaid writ petition being aggdeved by G.O.Ms.No.122
dated 17.12.2008 issued by respondent No.1-State Government, whereby the petitioncr was placed under suspension. The learned Singie Judge has allowed the writ pe ridon by order dated 04.1,1.2009.
However, the present wrir appeal was preferred by the State Government and this Court, by intcrim ordcr datcd 21.12.2009,in
W.A.M.P.No.3061 oF 2009, has suspendcd the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
Today, it has been informcd by thc iearned counsel for the
respondent-employee that the respondcnt has attained the age of
