Petition under Anicle 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in lhe circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to exercise its power u/s. 3 of the Recovery Debts Due to Banks and Financial lnstitutions Act, '1993 and constitute three more new Debts Recovery Tribunals in the State of Andhra Pradesh.
