The present writ appea_l is arising out of an order dated 05.77.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.26748 ot 2021.

Learned counsel for the appellant/writ petitioner has stated before this Court that the learned Single Judge has wrongly noted the facts in paragraph 2 of the impugned order. He prays for a liberty to file a review application for correction of the incorrect facts mentioned in paragraph 2 of the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

in the light of the aforesaid, the present writ appeal is disposed of with a liberty to the appellart/writ petitioner to file a review application.
