in O.S.No.B6 of 2OO9 and the affidavit filed by the decree holder is also silent on this aspect except making a bald statement in paragraph No.3 of the affidavit in chief_ examination. He further submitted that between the same parties another originar suit in o.S.No.7 of 2oo9 is filed. However, the status of the said suit is not submitted. At this stage, Iearned counsel for the respondent / decree holder seeks to submit that the order impugned may be set aside with a liberty to the decree holder to approach the Trial Court in the event of fresh violations of the injunction order in O.S.No.86 of 2OO9, if any.

While recording the submissions made by learned counsel on behalf of respondent / decree holder, without looking into the merits or otherwise of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of and the order impugned dated 02.07.2014 in E-P.No.2S of 2OI2 in O.S.No.86 of 2OO9, on the lile of the Senior Civil Judge, Janagaon, Warangal District is set aside. However, the decree holder is at liberty to initiate separate proceedings in the event of aly violations of^judgment and decree in O.S.No.86 of 2OO9 dated 2O.O4.2012.
