Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel on behalf of respondent seeks to submit that the matter is allotted by the High Court Legal Services Committee and that she has no file with her. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to submit that this Civil Revision Petition is filed assailing the order dated i1.11.2013 in I.A.No.B7l of 2Ol2 in O.P.No.41 of 20 l0 on the lile of the Senior Civil Judge, Salga Reddy and as per the instructions received by him, O.P.No.41 of 2O 1O was allorn ed long back and no cause survives in this petition. TI-rerefore, ri.hile recording the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of as infructuous as no cause survives. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
