This Criminal^petition is filed under Section 4g2 Cr.p.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.59g4 of 2027, on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally. The petitioners herein are accused Nos. 1 and 3 i1 the said case. The offences alleged against the petitioners herein are under Sections 4ga A, 406 of Indian penal Code(for short 'I.P.CJ, Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry prohibition Act.

Heard learned counsel appearing on both sides and learned Additional Public prosecutor-for the state. perused the record.

During the pendency of the present Criminal petition, the parties have compromised the matter and, accordingly, respondent No.2-de facto complainant fi1ed I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2022 to permit them to compound the offences and to compromise the case.

quash the proceedings against^the. petitioners herein in the C.C.No.59B4 of 2021 , on thc file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally. The said joint memo of compromise and the report of the Secretary are piaced on record.

In view of the said report of the Secretary, Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioners and respondent No.2, LA.Nos. I and 2 of 2022 is allowed Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.5984 of 2021, on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, against the petitioners-Accused Nos. 1 and 3 are hereby quashed, subject to payment of al amount of Rs.10,OOO/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in favour of Director, Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad, (Savings A/c.No. 521AA926279, State Bank of India, Shantinagar Branch & 2OO7O, IFSC Code: SBIN002O070, MICR No. 5OOOO4057), within a period of one week from today, and file proof of the same into the Registry. ,
