This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the^petitioners- Accused No.1 t0 quash the proceedings against them in F.I.R.No.4B of 2022 pending on the file of P.S.Uppal, Rachakonda.

A perusal of the record would reveal that the de facto complainant filed an application before the Police stating that she got married to this petitioner in Chilikuru Balaji Temple and since then the petitioner was missing. A man missing complaint was registered on L7.01.2022. The petitioner herein is the person is alleged to be missing since, there is no crime which is alleged against this^petitioner, and F.I.R is registered under the caption "Man Missing".

No cause survives with the petitioner's application.
