This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitionersAccused No.2 to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.128 of 2027 of Bhongir TN Police Station, Rachakonda. The offences alleged against them are under Sections 192, 193, 462, 468, 47t, 420, 506, 507 of Indian Penal Code (for short^"IPC'), Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

Petitioner submits that he confines his prayer certain direction from this Court to protect the liberty of this^petitioner. Keeping in view that the allegations mentioned in the complaint appearing to be predominantly civil in nature. The police are directed not to arrest the petitioner and conclude investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition^is disposed off.
