that, the de facto complainant and the police Constable tried to stop them. One of those persons i.e., the pillion rider jumped from the vehicle and fled away. The rider of the vehicle went inside the apartment by name Safa Marva Towers and parked his vehicle in the parking area. The defacto coinplainant and the police constable went inside the said apartment. They found petitioner No. I present in the parking areh. He, in order to conceal the said rider send him upstairs. When the de facto complainant and the Police Constable questioned about t he concealing of the rider, the petitioner\o.1 ansu,ered in an arrogant manner and obstructed their legitimate duty. Thereafter, petitioner : No.l brought the rider to the parking area. The vehicle was seized and a case was registered. Thereiiter, petitioner No. I with the assistance o[ petitioner No.2 obtained CCTV footage, which recorded the movement of the de facto complainant and the police constable when they entered and left the apartmenr, rhe_y edited the said CCTV footage and circulated the clipping in social media showing that police personnel are involving in thelt of vehicle from the apartment.
