As courd be seen from the Judgment reried on by the petitioners herein, it is a fact that the petitioners/appellants are entifled to the compensation of Rs.4,00,000/_ with interest or Rs.g 00,0001 without interest, whichever is higher.
rn view of the above referred circumstances, this review petition is arowed. As a consequence thereof, the compensation amount is enhanced to Rs.g,00,000/_ without any interest.
