W.P.No.25287 of 2Ol9 was disposed of directing theTahsildar to act upon the application made on 11.11.2019 for conductingsurvey and if survey could be conducted, take steps as requested bythe petitioner. Alleging that the said orders are not complied, this contempt is filed.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader producedphotocopies of the report submitted by the Surveyor on29 .12.2021 evidencing conducting of suruey as requested by the petitioner. He alsoproduced letter written by the petitioner on 29 .12.2021 stating that surveywas conducted and boundaries are determined as requested by him.
In view thereof, the Contempt Case is closed. Pending
miscellaneous petitions, if any, shal1 stand closed.
