Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to prepare seniority list in the cadre of Deputy Executive Engineer at zonal level and state level up to 01 .06.2014, and effect promotions to the post of Executive Engineer and above cadre up to 01.06..2014, and consequently make allocations in the cadre of Executive Engineer and above cadre in terms of Section 77 ol the A.P. Reorganization Act 2014, and consider the case of the Petitioners for such allocations either in the cadre of Executive Engineer or Superintending Engineer as on 01 .06.2014 after obtaining options from the Petitioners as per the guidelines issued by the 6th Respondent for making allocations, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.
