1 It is the case of the petitioner that initially he was granted licence in the year 1996 to run M/s. Pulaji Industries which was valid up to 3 1.3.2010 and from thereafter it was renewed from time to time. It is the further case of the petitioner that every year the petitioner is making application to the respondent authorities seeking renewal of his timber licence and likewise for the year 2O2Q-21 also he submitted an application to the respondent authorities on 06.8.2O2O, 05.10.2020 end 21.10.2020 enclosing all the relevant documents for renewal. However, the same has not been considered so far. Hence the present Writ Petition.

2 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Forests.

3 Having regard to the submissions made by both the counsel and also the facts and circumstances of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider the applications of the petitioner dated 06.8.2O2O, 05.10.2020 and 27.1O.2O2O for renewal of timber licence for his Pulaji Industries Wooden Depot-cum-Furniture Workship, in accordance with law, provided the application is enclosed all the relevant documents, preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

4 Misceilaneous petitions if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
