ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli)

l. The present petition is directed against an order dated 01.03.2021 passed by the respondent No.l/Telangana State Human Rights Commission (for short 'the Commission') ona complaint filed by the respondents No.2 to 5 on the ground that the said complaint is not maintainable before the Commission in view of a detailed order dated 26.09.2019 passed by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.466i of 2012.

Mr. G.Vidyasagar, learned Senior Advocate enters appearance tbr the private respondents No.2 to 5 (complainants before the Commission) and fairly concedes that the said complaint is not maintainable before the Conrr.r.rission and the impugned order dated 01.03.2021 is not sustainable in view of the adjudication on the issue having already been done at the highest level. He further states that the respondents No.2 to 5 will not press the complaint and withdraw the same.

In view of the submission nrade hereinabove, nothing fufther survives for adjudication in the present petition. The impugned order dated 01.03.2021 is quashed and ser aside. The respondenrs No.2 to

5/complainants are permitted to withdraw the complaint filed by them

before the Commission wdll before 10.06.2021 .

The present petition is, accordingly, disposed of along with the
