Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying lhat in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or a Direction, more pat1icularly one in the nature of Writ of [,4andamus, declaring the action of the Respondents No.1 to 5 in conducting the Election with a Ballot Paper without including the names of the fellows who submitted the nomination for the various positions including the petitioners and also giving a note that if no response is received by a Fellow on or before 0310412021 , il will be deemed that the fellow has accepted the recommended panel of the Executive Council and also not calling the General Body Meeting as per Rule 50 and 51 of the Bye Laws of the Respondent No.2, even though 42 fellows are submitted applications for calling General Body Meeting, as arbitrary, illegal, violative of the Article 14 and 19(1 )(g) of the Constitution of lndia and set aside the election procedure.
