Heard the learned counsel^{for the petitionersand the leamed} Government Pleader^{fbr Revenuefor the officialrespondents' With} their consent, the^{WritPetitionis disposedof at the admissionstage'} 2,Themaingrievanceofthepetitionersisthatassailingtheaction of respondent^No. 3^{in deletingthe name of the deceased father of} petitioner No. 1 and^{mutatingthe names of unofficial respondents} herein in the revenue^{recordsin respect of the subjectproperty'they} had frled an appeal^{under Section5(B) of the Rights in Land and} Pattadar Pass^{Books Act. 197 Ibefore the respondentNo' 2 on} 15.05.2019. but the^{sante is not being tra'nsferred to the Special} Tribunal constituted^{under the rights in [,and ar.rdPattadarPass Books} Act. 2020.

A perusal of^{the record discloses that challenging the orders} passed by the respondent^{No. 3. the Tahsildar,Raghunadhapalem} Mandal, Khammam^{District, the petitionershavefiled an appeal} belbre the respondent^{No. 2, the Sub-Collector, KhammamDistrict'} on 15.05.2019.^{In the meanwhile, the AndhraPradeshrights in Land} and Pattadar^{Pass Books Acl, 1971, has stoodrepealed by the} Telangana Rights^{in Land and Pattadar Pass BooksAct' 2020 (fbr} shor1, 'the Act^{No. 9 of 2020').As a result, all the appealsand} revisions^{pending with the revenlleauthorities were transferredto the} Special Tribunals^{constituted under the provisionsof the Act No' 9 of} 2020.^'Ihe learrred^{counselfor the petitioners states that ever-rthough}

the appeal, preferred by the petitioners, pertains to 2019, so f-ar. it has not been transferred to the Special Tribunal by the respondent No. 2. 4. Considering the grievance of the petitioners, this Court is of the prima .facie opinion that ends of justice would be met if the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 ro transfer the appeal pref'erred by the petitioners to the Special Tribunal, if not already transferred.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed'of directing the respondent No. 2 to transfer the appeal prefened the petrtioners, dated 15.05.2019, to the Special Tribunal, within a period of two weeks from today, if not already transferred. In case, the appeal is already transferred and pending before the Special rribunal or on being transferred by the respondent No. 2, the same shall be disposed ol by the Special rribunal in accordance with law within a period of rbur weeks therealier. It is needless to observe that the Speciar rribunar, betbre passing any orders in the appeal, shall put all the interested parties on notice. A copy of the orders that ma). be passed by the Special l'ribunal shall be comrnunicated to the petitioners.
