Petition under Articre 226 0f the constitution of rndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit fired therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue any appropriate writ, order or direction particurarry one in the nature of writ of mandamus, decraring the action of the 3rd Respondent in not conducting the skilr Test to the Petitioners and not admitting them as the Members of the 4th Respondent society, pursuant to their representations dated 16-07-2020 and 11-09_2020 as arbitrary, irregar and viorative of Articres 14, rs (1) (g) and 2.r of the constitution of lndia and arso contrary to the provisions of rerangana cooperative societies Act, 1964 and consequenily direct the 3rd Respondent to conduct the skil Test to the Petitioners and accordingry to admit the petitioners as the Members of the 4th Respondent society, by following the Orders in G.O. Ms. No.6, AH, D & F Department, dated 24-03-2016 rssued by the .1 st Respondent

3 Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3.0 respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated I | .O9 .2O2O in accordance with law for conducting skill tests as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order^and communicate the result of the same to the^{petitioners.There shall} be no order as to costs.
