Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly a Writ of Certiorari by calling for the records relating to the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in civil case no.A4ICPC/95912020, daled 16rc112021 in granting injunction in favour of respondent no.4 and prohibited the petitioner from interfering in her ownership and enjoyment over the land to an extent of 1925 Sq.fts in Sy. No. 2213, situated at Utnoor proper and [t/]andal, Adilabad District, without conducting any trial as envisaged under C.p.C, even though the 2nd respondent himself issued the L-Form earlier in respect of the land in Sy.No. 2212 and basing on which the sale deed was registered on 1BlOBl2O11 in favour the petitioner and without conducting the trial or enquiry as per the provisions of C.P.C, without considering the provisions of Agency Rules and without havingjurisdiction and set aside the orders passed by the 2nd respondent in case no. A4lCPCl959l2020, dated 1610112021 by declaring the same as illegal, arbitrary, abuse of process of law, violation of princrples of natural justice and contrary to the rules.
