Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent no. 2 and 3 in introducing new conditions for empanelment of outsourcing agencies in Nalgonda District for the year 2021-2022 contrary to the comprehensive guidelines issued in G.O.Rt.No.4271, dt. 111112008 and insisting for fulfillment of new conditions from the petitioners though the petitioners were enrolled as Outsourcing Agencies in Nalgonda District for the year 2021 vide proceedings of the 3rd respondenl dt.41112021 , 181112021 and 61112021 as void, illegal, arbitrary and contrary to theguidelines issued vide G.O.Rt.No.4271, dt. 111112008 and consequently direct the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to permit the petitioners to parlicipate in the tenders without insisting for empanelment afresh for the year 2021-2022 as per the Notification issued by the 3rd respondent dl. 181112021 .
