Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ and declare trat the action of the respondents contained in the letter No.26329/08/06l2oislcz dt.18-06-2015 rejecting the building application of the petitioners dt.08-06-2015 on the ground that the proposed site falls in reserved open space as per approved layout issued vide permit No.74122 dt.20-03-1985 is arbitrary, illegal and violative of principles of natural justice add consequently set aside the same and direct the respondents to grant building permission to the petitioners in terms of the building application dt.8-6-201s for construction of stilt+4 upper floors in the site bearing H. No.8_2-293lB 2lLt1_B and part of Plot No.21-C, Road No. 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad and grant such other relief as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case.
