Petition under Articre 226 of rhe constitution of rndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.3 and 4 not furnishing the details of the permit number, file number and the year of sanction for the building permission in respect of the premises No.14-2- 322114, admeasuring 150 Sq. yards situated at Gyanbagh Colony, Ghode-Ki-Khaber, Hyderabad, against the petitioner,s representation dated 30.07.2020 for illegal constructions without any setbacks by the unofficial respondent No.5 contrary to the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, is highly illegal, arbitrary, u nco nstitutiona I and violation of Articles '14 and 300-A of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to 4 to inspect the schedule property in respect of the premises No.14-2-332114, admeasuring 150 Sq. yards situated at Gyanbagh Colony, Ghode-Ki-Khaber, Hyderabad against the illegal constructions without setbacks contrary to the plan approved by the unofficial respondent No.5, in petitioner's ,propertywhich is a subject matterof Title suit pending beforethe City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
