was assigned to him by the Government long ago. Due to old age, he has let out the said property to respondent No.12. The petitioner. herein and others tried to interfere with the possession of respondent No.13 over the said propefty, he has filed a suit vide O.S. No.137 of 2020, and the learned Principal Junior civil Judge, Sathupally also granted interim injunction in I.A. No.2 of 2020 dated 3O.O4.2OZO restraining the petitioner and others from interfering with his peacetul possession. on the complaint lodged by him, the police have also registered two crimes. Thus, according to him, the land craimed by the petitioner is different from that of the land own by him. On the complaint lodged by one Mr. G. Satyanarayana, the Human Rights Commission at Hyderabad called for report from Tahsildar, who in tum submitted a report dated 13.07.2020. The petitioner herein has filed w.p. No.6658 of 2020 seeking a direction to protect her properties under the Agency laws. There is no interim order in the said writ petition and the same is pending.'fhus, the petitioner herein is trying to interfere with the land belongs to respondent No.l3. In the said course of action, she has filed the present writ petition. with the said submissions, he sought to dismiss the present writ petition.
