Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 4th respondent in non-registratio n of crime against the respondent No.5 to 15 basing on the complarnt lodged by the petitioner is highly illegal, arbrtrary, u nconstitutio na l, unjust and in violation of principles of Natural Justice and also in violation of Artictes 14, 19 (1) (g), 21 and 300-4 of the constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondent No.4 to register the FIR against the respondent No.5 to 15 basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.
