Petition under Articre 226 of the constitution of rndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to grant appropriate relief more in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering the case of the petitioner for appointment in any suitable post including Night watchman post under the jurisdiction of the 1st and 2nd Respondents and rejecting the same by tetter No. B/Estt/4112010, dt. 04.o4.2o14 as arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory violating Article 14, i6 and 21 of the constitution of lndia and issue consequential directions directing the Respondents to forthwith consider and appoint the Petitioner in any suitable post including Night Watchman post under the jurisdiction of the lst and 2nd Respondents on compassionate grounds
