Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pass an order, direction or writ in the nature or Mandamus, duly declaring the action of the 4th respondent herein in not entertaining the registration of the land an extent of about^'1365 square yards in House numbers 5-16 and 6-40 situated at Aswarao Peta village, Khammam District on the ground that the lands are Gramakantham lands, despite the GO IVs No. 187 daled 2710512015, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently, direct the respondent 4 to entertain the registration, duly removing the same from the Sec. 22-A of Registration Act, in respect of the above lands in the interest of justice.
