Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndiapraying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may bepleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not completing theprocess of the registration document presented by thepetitioner, by keeping the samepending sale deed No.P.79/202'1 , dated 08.01.202'1 pertaining to the Plot No.14lA in Sy.No.5/3, situated at Block No. 6 of Raidurg Panmaktha Village under GHlt/C Serilingampally Circle, Serilingampally mandal, Ranga Reddy district, Telangana State for thepurpose of registration on the ground that the 4th respondent had issued a notification dated 26.09.2013 in relation to the said property which is already set aside by this Honble court as illegal, arbitrary, violative ofprovisions of the Registration Act 1908, discriminatory and u nconstitutiona I and consequently direct the 3rd respondentto complete the process of registration ofpending document No.P.79/2021pertainingto the Plot No. 14lA in Sy.No.5/3, situated at Block No.6 of Raidurg PanmakthaVillage under GHlr4C Serilingampally Circle, Serilingampally mandal, RangaReddydistrict, Telangana State without reference to theproceedings of the District Collector, dated 26.09.2013.
