I The inaction on the part of the official respondents in representations of the pefitioner for the selection to the post of Honorary Director, TS Study Circle, Ranga Reddy Branch for the notification Vide Rc.No.B 3 / 2OZ g / 20 I 8 d.ated, 22.6 .2019 is under challenge in this Writ petition.

2 On O4.Ol.2O2l this Court permitted the petitioner to take out personal notice to the 6m respondent and in pursuance of which the learned counsel for the petitioner filed proof of service of notice on the 6m respondent. The learned Government preader for Social Welfare took notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to S.

3 Since the very prayer is to direct the official respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner, this court is of the considered view that this Writ petition can be disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

4 In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the official respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner d.ated, 29.O l.2O2O, 26.O2. 2O2O, 2 1 .5.2O2O, 27 .5.2O2O, 03.06.2020 and 13.10.2020 in respect of seiection to the post of Honorary Director, TS Study Circle, Ranga Reddy Branch for the notification Vide Rc.No.B3 12079 l2OlB dated 22.6.2019 and pass appropriate orders thereon within four weeks from the date of^{receipt of a copy} of this order.
