Petition under Article 226 ol the Constitution of lndiaprayingthat in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Courtmay be pleased to issue writ order or direction moreparticularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in nonpaying the compensation for the assigned land in survey No. 201/3 extent ac 1.O4gts situated at Manchippa village Moqpal mandal, Nizamabad takenpossession in 2012 for thepurpose of extension of Tank kondam cheruvu even though thepetitioner made applications dated 17.6.201 4 and 21 .4.2018 as arbitrary and illegal and contrary to law laid down by this Hon'ble Court in LAO cum RDO Vs. Mekala Pandu reported in 2004(2) ALD 451 and also violative of Article 14, 16 and 300A of constitution of lndia consequently to direct the respondents to intiate the land acquisitionproceedings under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and topay the compensation.
Prayer is amended as per Court Order dated 11.06.2020 in l.A.No.2 of 2020
