Whcn th: matter is taken up, it is subrnitted bv the learned Counsel tbr the petitioner that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 25.09.2019 passed by this Court in W P. No.21 1 00 of 2019.

In view ot- the above, for the reasons alike in the said order, this Writ Petirion is disposed ol directing the responclenrs to release individual service connection to the petitioner within a period or four (4) weeks tiom the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the same shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the State of Telangana or the Apex Cotrrt in the litigation pending before
