The main^{grievanceof the petitioner is that the respondents} are not providing electrical^{service connection,/meter in respect of} Plot No.303, admeasuring 484^{square yards, in SurveyNo.1007} situated at Kukatpally Village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga^Reddy District.

Thc learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that though the petitioner has submitted an application to the respondents along with necessary documents for providing electricify service connection to the subject p1ot, the respondents are refusing to receive the same. The learned counsel has also stated that in similar circumstances, this Court has passed orders in W.P.No. 10869 of 2O2O, dated 2t.O7.2O2O.

Sri R. Vinod Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that if the petitioner files an application afresh, the same would be processed and necessary orders would be passed and the same would be intimated to the petitioncr.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ petition is disposed of witl-r zr direction to the petitioner to lile ar-r application afresh for providing electricity service connection to the subject plot within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being filed, the respondents
