Petition under Article 226 of lhe constitution of tndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in seeking to acquire the land and shops bearing H.No.1-2-8, H.No.1-2-7 and 1-2-7t1, H.No.1-2-9, H.No.1_7_122, H.No.1_4_ 6/7, H.No.1-2-275, H.No.'1-2-275l1, H.No.1-2-280, H.No.1-7-7, H.No.1-7-5 and 1-75/1 , H.No.1-7-'10, H.No.1-7-'10l1, H.No.1-2-276, H.No.1-7-i36, H.No.1-7-134 and 1- 7-135, H.No.1-8-5'1 situated at Station Road, Bhongir, yadadri Bhuvanagiri District belonging to the petitioners respectively to the extent ranging from 6'feet to '13'feet for the purpose of widening of the existing road without opportunity of being heard and without initiating the proceedings under the Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resetflement Act, 2013 and without paying compensation for value of the land and structures as illegal and arbitrary and violative of Article 300-A of Constitution of lndia and consequenily to direct the respondents not to demolish the shops of the petitioners to acquire the land for the purpose of widening of the existing road without initiating the proceedings under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and without paying compensation for the value of the above structures and land.
