Petition under Artrcle 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may bepleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of fi/landamus declaring the proceedings / Final order, dated 20109/2021 vide Letter No'1083/ClR-22lPTC and RCP/SLPZGHMC|2)21 issued by the 3rd respondent to the 1st petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, malafide, unconstitutional, irrational and contrary to the spirit of the orders of the Hon'ble High Court daled 1410112021 passed rn W.P No 93512021 filed by the petitioners herein and to consequently set aside the same and to further grant stay of all further proceedings inpursuance to the proceedings / Final order, dated 2010912021 vide Letter No.'1083/CIR-22/PTC and RCP/SLPZlGHlVlCl212l issued by the 3rd respondent herern, including stay of demolition of petitioners house property i.e. G+ 3 Upper Floors, at House No.26535, situated at LlG, Bharathi Nagar, Ramchandrapuram, Medak District(now Sangareddy District).
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Surepalli Prashanth Advocate for the Petitioners, GP FOR MCPL ADMN URBAN DEV for the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following.
ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent No.4 present.
Learned Standing counsel for GHMC, on written instructions, would submit that a notice dated 15.04.2026 was issued to the petitioner under Section 462 of the GHMC Act, 1955, directing the petitioner to vacate the unauthorized construction within seven (07) days from the date of receipt of the order, and that the respondents are in the process of taking further action and request further time.
Post on 11.06.2026, finally, for filing action taken report, failing which, the concerned officer shall appear inperson.
