ORDER:
Heard Sri VedulaVenkataramtrna, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for SriK. Karuna Malrenher Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioners, and thelearned GovernmentPleaderfor Revenue for the responCents. With their consent,the Writ Petition is dlsposed of at the admission stage.
T1.re majn grievance of the petitioners is that respondent Nos.2 to 4 are not errtertaining the application made by the petitionels for mutation in respect of the land, admeasuring Ac.10.38 guntas, in Survey Nos.61, 62, 63/1, 64/-l and 57 of Malkajgiri Village and Nfandal, Medchal-Malka.jgiri Districr.
The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, has stated that the modules of the Dharani portal in respect of all the Districts are working, and in case the petitioners file an application afresh through Dharani portal module, the same will be consiclered and necessary orders will be passed by the authorities, in accordance with law.
Having regard to the above made submission and t1-re grievance exposed by the petitioners in the present writ petition, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Wr.it Petition is clisposed of directing the petitioners to make an applicatiorr afresl-r through Dharani portal moclule, n,ithin a per.iod of tlo wc.eks irorn the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On

such application being filed, the concerned aurhoriry shall pass necessal/ orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as
expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period, ofeighr weeks
thereof, duly putting all the interested parlies on notice.
