Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to grant appropriate relief more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia, declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering and disposing the representation made by the Petitioner Company dated 2610412021 wherein the Petitioner Company requested the Respondents to correct the entries in pahanies and mutate the name of the Petitioner Company after correcting the revenue entries by deleting the names of the earlier Vendors as well as cancelling/reviewing the DK Pattas issued in so far as the Petitioner Companys land is concerned to enable the Petitioner Company to have peaceful possession of the land admeasuring Ac. 07-08 Guntas in Sy. Nos.251 117,251118,251119,251120, 251t21 , 251t22 and ZSltZl in Toopra Khurd Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Rangareddy District as arbitrary, illegal, u nconstitutiona I violating Articles 14, 19(1Xg), 21 and 300A of the Constitution of lndia, and issue consequential direction directing the Respondents to consider and dispose the representation of the Petitioner Company daled 2610412021 by correcting the entries in pahanies and mutate the name of the Petitioner Company after correcting the revenue entries by deleting the names of the earlier Vendors as well as cancelling/reviewing the DK Pattas issued in so far as the Petitioner Company's land is concerned to enable the Petitioner Company to have peaceful possession of the land admeasuring Ac. 07. 08 Guntas in Sy. Nos.25'1 117,251118,251119,251120,251121 ,251122 and 251127 in Toopra Khurd Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Rangareddy District.
