Heard the learned counsel^{for the petitioner and the learned} Government Pleader for^{Revenuefor respondent Nos.1 to 4, and} the learned Standing Counsel for Waqf Board, for respondent^No.5. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Seeking to direct the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to dispose of the representation dated 08.01.202 1 made by petitioner for conducting survey and restrain the respondent No.S and its officials from interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner, the present writ petition is fi1ed.

Learned Government^pleader states that in view of the provisions of Rights in Land and pattadar passbooks Act, 2O2O, the petitioner has to make F-line application through online for redressal of his grievance.

In view of the above made submission, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ petition is disposed of directing the peiitioner to submit F-line application through on-line seeking survey of the land, within a period of two weeks from .the date ol receipt of a copy of this order. On such application being made, the competent authority shall complete the survey/ sub-division/ demarcation, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a. period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before undertaking any survey, the ar.rthorities sha1l put the petitioner as well as the neighbouring landowners or any other interested

parties on notice, and take into account the work meinos, if any, Iiled by any of the parries. The miscellaneous petitions pending, it any, shall stand
