Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of l,4andamus, declaring the action of the respondent No.3/Land Acquisition Officer in passing Award proceedings No.A74l2020, dt.1610212021 passed the Award in favour of the respondent No.6 to 8 for payment of compensation amount, contrary to the Revenue Record i.e., Pattadar Passbooks in respect of land in Sy.No.145, total to an extent of Ac.1 0-37 guntas of Thippareddygudem Village, Tirumalayapalem Mandal, Khammam District, originally the respondents No.6 to 8 are having land to an extent
/ of Ac.7-20 guntas only and trying to pay compensation to the 6th respondent instead of Ac.2-00 the 3rd respondent going to pay compensation amount for the land to an extent of Ac.6-27 guntas in Sy.No.145, since the 6th respondent is having land less than Ac.2-00 only in sy.no.145, inspite of the petitioners representations dt. 0210212021 and 1610612021 and tegal notice dt.19/06 12021 , is iltegal, void and opposed to Articles 14,19,21 and 300-4 of constitution of lndia and consequently to direct the respondent/Land Acquisition officer to deposit the entire land Acquisition compensation amount in question before the competent authority like civil court under section 77 of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 (Right to Fare compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013) to enable the original land owners to receive the compensation amount to meet the ends of .justice.
