Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of ltrlandamus declaring the action of the respondent in not considering and promoting the petitioner to the post of Executive Engineer on incharge basis without reference to the charge Ivlemo No. A2l2186/APSC/2006 dt. 9-10-2006 & A2I5048/APSC/2007 dt.26-9-2007 as arbitrary and illegal and against the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court supra and consequently direct the respondent to consider and promote the petitioner to the post of Executive Engineer on incharge basls in any one of the existing vacancies.
