This writ petition is filed to declare the impugned notices dated 10.06.2021 issued by the second respondent to pay the rental dues of seven months and orally threatening to lock the faciliry in subject Depots.

Heard Sri Ramesh Chilla, learned counsel^{for the petitioner} and Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned standing^{counsel appearingfor} the respondents. With their consent, this^{writ petitionitself is} disposed of at the admission stage.

The second and third respondents^{have issued notices dated} 10.06.2021 requesting the^petitioner to^{pay license fee for the} period specifically mentioned therein. The^{petitioner had submitted} its explanations dated 2 L.O6.2O2 L and^26.06.2021.

Now the grievance of the^{petitioneris withoutconsidering the} said representations, the second^{and third respondents are trying} to dispossess the^{petitioner from the subject premises.}

Whereas, Sri B.Mayrrr^{Reddy,learned standingcounsel} appearing for the^{respondentsCorporations, wouldsubmit that the} second and third^{respondentswill consider the explanationsdated} 21 .06.2021 and 26.06.2021^{and pass appropriateordersin} accordance^{with law.}

In the light^{of the abovesaid submissions'this writ petition} is disposed of^{directingthe respondentstoconsiderthe} explanations^{dated 21.06.2021and 26'06'2021 submitted by the} petitioner and^{pass orders in accordancewith law by putting the} petitioner on notice^{and affording an opportunityof personal}
