Heard the learned^{counsel for the petitioners, Sri N' Praveen} Kumar, the learned^{StandingCounsel for Municipaiitiesfor} respondent No.1,^{the learned Government Pleader for Home for} respondent Nos.2^{to 4 and 9, the learned Government Pleader for} Revenue for respondent^{Nos.5 to 7, and the learnedGovernment} Pleader for Municipal^{Admirristration and Urban Development for} respondent No.8.^{With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed} of at the stage of admission^itself

Aggrieved by the^{inaction of respondentNo'1 in receiving the} applications and^{granting permission for constructionof houses in} the house sites allotted^{to the petitioners in Armoor Village and} Mandal, Nizamabad^{District,the presentwrit petitionis filed'}

The leamed Standing^{Counsel, on instructions, has stated that} as per the new^{rules, the petitioners have to submitthe applications} for building permission^{through online mode only, and on such} applications being^{received,the official respondents will processthe} same and Pass^{necessaryorders'}
