Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not changing the petitioner name in the place of her husband Late lvlohammed Bakratullah in the revenue records and not digitalizing and issuing the e- pattadar pass books and tifle deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the lands Ac. 3-00 in Sy.No. 25211 situated at Jinneram village and Mandal, Sanga Reddy district is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the Telangana Rights in Land and pattadar pass books Act, '1971 (New Act, 2020) and consequently direct the respondents to digitalize and issue e-pattadar pass books and tile deeds in favour of the petitioner in respect of the above described lands
