Regard being had to the controversy involved in the aforesaid cases, they were heard together and are being decided by a common order.
The facts of C.R.P.No.99B of 2O2O are reproduced as under: The present C.R.P.No.99B of 2O2O is arising out of an interlocutory order dated 09.08.2019 passed in I.A.No.511 of 2019 in C.O.P.No.26 of 2019, between the Union of India vs. M/s. Hyderabad Precision Manufacturing Company Private Limited and another,
The facts of the case reveal that an award was passed on 22.10.2074 by the learned Arbitrator at Hyderabad and the same u'as initially appealed b1' filing an appeal under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1966 at Jabalpur. Later on, as the Additional District Judge was not havingjurisdiction, an appeal u,as preferred before the District Judge, Ranga Reddy and ashe r,vas also not havingjurisdiction in the matter, finally apetition was preferred before the )(XIV Additionai Chief Judge-cum-Commercial Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad for setting aside the awardand the same u.as numbered as C.O.P.No.26 of20 19. Inthe said petition, an application was preferred for staying of the awardand t1-re learned Judge has granted an interim orderstaying
