This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order dated 12.12.20i7 dismissing I.A.No.l783 of 2Ot7 in O.S.No.80g of 2017 on the file of XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

It is to be noted that as per the status repoft of Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad, the said suit itself came to be withdrawn, by the Court below lfule.iudgment dated 08.03.2019.

In those circumstances, nothing survives lbr ad.ludication in this Civil Revision Petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Ilevision Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if any of the parties desire to be heard, liberty is given to them 1o file an Application to revive the Revision and on filing such Application, the ma(ter would be heard on merits.
